1. Who we are

This website is operated by TRG Capital Enterprises LLC ("we", "us"). Contact details are listed in section 12.

3. Using our products

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Business accounts are responsible for the users they invite.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not break the law or help anyone else break it.
• Do not access accounts or data that are not yours, probe or disrupt our systems, or bypass security or usage limits.
• Do not send spam, malware or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not resell or copy our products or content without a written agreement with us.

5. Prices, billing and refunds

Prices are shown before you buy. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Our cancellation and refund rules are on the Refunds and Cancellations page, and current prices on the Pricing and Fees page.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload or create. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to run the product for you. We do not sell your content.

7. Our property

The software, design, names and logos of our products belong to TRG Capital Enterprises LLC or its licensors. These terms do not give you any right to use them except to use the products as offered.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep our products available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or retire features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.

9. Disclaimers

Except as stated in a written agreement, the products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first; most problems are solved quickly that way.

A. Payments and valuations

TRGPay is an invoicing and pay-link service. TRGPay is not a bank, does not accept deposits and does not hold customer funds. Card and bank transfers are processed by a licensed payment processor; Zelle payments move directly between banks.

ValueProof reports are automated valuation model outputs prepared for investment and lending decisions. A ValueProof report is not an appraisal, is not prepared by a licensed or certified appraiser, and must not be relied on where an appraisal is required by law.
