Payment Terms

How we bill for TRG Capital Enterprises products.

1. When you are charged

One-time reports and add-ons are charged when you place the order. Memberships renew each billing period at the price shown until you cancel.

2. How you can pay

By pay link through TRGPay. Zelle is available now; bank transfer (ACH) and card are opening soon. The pay page shows the exact total before you pay and your receipt shows the same amount.

3. No added payment fees

We do not add convenience fees, surcharges or pay-to-pay fees for any payment method.

4. Receipts and records

A receipt is emailed when a payment is confirmed. Invoices and receipts are kept for at least seven years for tax and accounting purposes.

5. Taxes

Prices exclude sales tax. Where tax applies to a product in your state, it is shown on the invoice before you pay.

6. Failed payments

If a membership payment fails we email you. Membership benefits may pause until the balance is paid. We do not charge late fees.
