TRG Capital Enterprises LLC builds software for real estate investors, lenders and the businesses that serve them. It owns and operates TRGPay and ValueProof.

TRGPay issues invoices and pay links. Payers pay the invoice amount with no added payment fee. TRGPay does not take deposits, does not hold balances for customers and does not transmit money on anyone's behalf: card and bank transfers are processed by a licensed payment processor and Zelle payments move directly between banks.

ValueProof produces automated valuation reports (As-Is value and after-repair value in three rehab scopes) for investment and lending decisions. A ValueProof report is an automated valuation model output, not an appraisal.
